These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the apphero.tech website (the "Site"), operated by APPHERO TECH LLC, a Nevada limited liability company ("apphero", "we", "us"). Use of the Site constitutes acceptance of these terms.
Services and products delivered to customers are governed by the applicable agreement — master services agreement, statement of work or product license — which prevails over these terms.
1. Use of the Site
The Site presents apphero, its services and its products. Visitors may consult, download and share its content for informational and non-commercial purposes, provided the source is cited.
Visitors agree not to:
- use the Site in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
- attempt to access restricted areas, accounts or systems without authorization;
- probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Site without prior written consent;
- extract content by automated means at a volume that impairs the Site's operation;
- submit false information or content that infringes the rights of others.
2. Customer and candidate accounts
Certain areas of the Site are reserved for customers and candidates. Account holders keep their credentials confidential and are responsible for activity carried out under their account. apphero may suspend an account in the event of misuse.

The Site, its text, graphics, logos, product names and software are the property of APPHERO TECH LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Salesforce, AppExchange and other third-party marks belong to their respective owners; their mention implies no endorsement.
4. Information provided on the Site
Site content is provided for general information. Descriptions of features, timelines and results illustrate typical engagements and constitute no contractual commitment. Commitments arise solely from a signed agreement.
5. Third-party links
The Site contains links to third-party sites. apphero exercises no control over those sites and accepts no responsibility for their content or practices.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, apphero disclaims all express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free availability.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, apphero shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, nor for any loss of data, revenue or profit, arising from the use of or inability to use the Site.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute relating to the Site falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
