How we work
Salesforce development is going through its biggest shift in twenty years. Here are the four modes — and the one we chose.
Reliable, but slow. Human, therefore fallible. Gets sick, forgets, varies in quality. The standard for the last 25 years.
A classical developer with Copilot or Cursor. Faster, but still bottlenecked by human typing speed.
A specialized AI agent that ships code, continuously supervised by a certified senior consultant. Machine speed, human judgement.
The agent decides and ships on its own. Trust problem unsolved: you don't really know what was built. Soon, not yet.
