An assistant in the Salesforce utility bar that answers and acts within each user's permissions, with confirmation before any change. A best-fit action on every program that ranks candidates, explains each score and launches the outreach campaign.

Claude Code built both capabilities on Eddy. The assistant runs on Claude with tool use, inside Salesforce.
