    What it is.

Shareforce puts the right SharePoint folder on every Salesforce record, and lets people work with it there — browse, upload, download, open, rename, share — without the document ever leaving SharePoint.

Files stay in SharePoint where they already live. Salesforce reads and writes them in real time, without ever copying a single byte into Salesforce or consuming a megabyte of Salesforce storage.

Every user sees exactly the documents their own SharePoint permissions allow, because Shareforce acts as them — not as a shared service account. One home for every document. One window onto it from Salesforce.

    What you get.

    Zero Salesforce storage

Files never touch Salesforce — not even while uploading. A 2 GB file costs the same as a 10 KB one: nothing.

Everyone sees only what they should

Every request runs under the signed-in user's identity. SharePoint's own permissions decide what they see — no rules to rebuild.

    Search inside your documents

Find a contract by a phrase buried in it — even text inside scanned images. Something Salesforce file search cannot do.

    Live, never out of sync

No sync job. A file added from Teams shows up on the record on the next refresh, because Salesforce reads SharePoint directly.

Every account, filed the same way

Give each object a folder convention and a subfolder template. New records get a clean, consistent structure automatically.

    The everyday actions

Upload, download, rename, delete, open in Word or Excel Online, share a read-only link — all from the record page.

    How it works.

    01

    Connect once

An admin links your Salesforce org to your SharePoint tenant. About ten minutes, one time.

    02

    Sign in to Microsoft

Each user signs in to Microsoft once, from Salesforce. They never do it again.

    03

    Map records to folders

Decide which objects get a document folder, and how their folders are named — or point at folders you already have.

    04

    Work in Salesforce

Open a record and its SharePoint documents are there — to browse, search, upload, share and edit in Office Online.
